Today is my 30th post and while it has been difficult I learned a lot and become much more confident. I am really proud of myself for sticking it out for the full 30 days!
My biggest take away from this challenge is I can do anything I focus on.
Because this was the main task I had to get done every day I was always trying to brainstorm new ideas. Naturally, I came up with a lot of them. All those little moments in the day add up! So when they are all focused in one direction it gets a lot of stuff done.
Streaks totally work.
Once I was about 5 days in I hit a point where I felt like I had no choice but to keep going. I didn’t want all those previous day’s to be a waste so I better keep going and finish this thing!
About half way through this challenge I saw all the posts I somehow managed to find time for and really wanted to push myself to see what other things I could get done in a day if I made them a priority. I made a list of habits along with how, where, and when to do them. This turned into my August habits. I was so eager to start though, I just started doing them the day after that post.
I am only a couple days into August and all but 1 are going really really strong!
Where does it go from here?
I learned from this sprint that blogging every day is not sustainable for me. I loved doing it, but I am at the point where slowing down started to sound so so nice. I am going to cut my posts down to 3 times a week. On Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, I think.
So I will still be around. The 30 days taught me so much and I had fun! Here is to more blogging! See you Thursday!
